5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

50% deposit required to begin work
Remaining 50% due upon project completion
Additional fees may apply for changes outside the original scope

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

FastAppSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
